Appointment Policy
Services offered include lash extensions and lash enhancements, performed by a certified lash technician.
Appointment availability is subject to change. You will receive confirmation via email or SMS once your appointment is booked.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and a late fee may apply.
No extra guests are allowed during your appointment unless previously approved. This includes children.
All clients must be at least 18 years old or have a guardian's written consent prior to receiving services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to hygiene, safety, or inappropriate behavior.
Deposit & Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. This deposit goes toward your total service cost.
The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
We accept cash, major debit/credit cards, and Apple Pay.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or shortened depending on availability.
You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in a loss of the deposit and may require full payment before future bookings.
Lash Fills
To be considered a fill, you must have at least 40–50% of your lash extensions remaining.
If less than 40% of your extensions remain, you will be charged for a full set.
Lash fills must be booked within the timeframe recommended for your set (usually every 2–3 weeks).
Client Responsibilities
Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. This helps improve lash retention and allows for the full appointment time to be spent on lashing.
Be honest on your intake and lash history forms, especially regarding allergies, eye conditions, or past reactions to products.
Health & Safety
If you are experiencing eye infections, contagious conditions, or allergies, please reschedule your appointment for a later date.
Your safety is our top priority. We follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean environment.
Satisfaction Policy
If you're not satisfied with your set, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can assess and address the issue.
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once services are rendered.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Information collected during booking or service (such as name, email, phone number, and medical history) is strictly confidential and used only for communication and service improvement. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

"The Lash Manor" name, logo, and associated branding elements are the intellectual property of The Lash Manor LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or imitation of our brand identity is strictly prohibited and will be pursued under applicable trademark laws.
